About The Position

Logitech is seeking a motivated Social Commerce Intern to support our TikTok Shop US initiatives, working remotely from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social commerce and e-commerce. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, event planning, agency management, and affiliate management, all within a collaborative and dynamic environment. This internship is part of Logitech's Young Professional Program, designed for students entering their Junior year of college/university, offering potential for extension and growth in business acumen and interpersonal skills through real business situations and industry insights. Interns will partner with global teams, have access to mentors and leaders, and be part of a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program and entering into their Junior (3rd) year.
Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and major social commerce platforms
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily operations and campaign execution for TikTok Shop US.
Monitoring and reporting on performance.
Collect, organize, and interpret social commerce and sales data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and reporting.
Help coordinate in-person and virtual events (such as influencer showcases and product launches); manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
Assist with communication between our company and external agencies, track project timelines, and help ensure deliverables are met.
Support affiliate records, and monitor performance metrics.
