About The Position

We’re looking for a Social Commerce and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and optimize Bubble’s TikTok Shop and affiliate programs across digital commerce platforms. This role will focus on managing the day to day promotions, merchandising, creators and strategy for our TikTokShop and affiliate creators including the conversion of Bubble's ambassador community into active sellers. You sit at the intersection of content, creator/affiliate management, live shopping, and commerce operations, and you are accountable for the channel's growth. You’ll partner closely with our eCommerce, organic social, retail sales, and marketing teams to maximize digital performance while staying true to our brand.

Requirements

  • You have built or scaled a creator/affiliate program on TikTok Shop for a beauty, wellness, or CPG brand
  • You are fluent in TikTok Shop affiliate mechanics: creator marketplace, commission tiers, sample seeding, target collaborations, and open vs. managed program design.
  • You understand commission economics and can grow GMV without eroding margin.

  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, or CPG industry
  • Existing beauty-creator relationships, experience converting community/ambassador bases into affiliates, or prior work with derm- or clinically-positioned brands.
  • Experience with budget management and multi-retailer campaign planning

Responsibilities

  • Own Seller Center day to day: catalog, listings, promotions, and shop health metrics.
  • Monitor and protect unit economics — commission, fulfillment, returns, ad spend, and COGS — so growth is margin-aware, not vanity GMV.
  • Coordinate with operations on fulfillment and returns, and ensure all product claims meet platform and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Manage the TikTokShop specific content, promotional strategy, affiliate seeding/sampling program and shop merchandising.
  • Build and run a repeatable engine of shoppable short-form content — own and seeded — at a cadence of multiple videos per day.
  • Develop derm-led content formats (ingredient education, before/after with clinical claims, routine builds) that leverage Bubble's advisory board and clinical positioning.
  • Maintain a clip library that feeds the affiliate program and live shopping.
  • Partner with social marketing + creative teams to produce content specific for selling.
  • Build and manage a social selling affiliate program: a curated, managed cohort of macro and micro derm, beauty and lifestyle creators.
  • Convert a segment of Bubble's 100,000-person ambassador community into active TikTok Shop affiliates.
  • Design and manage commission structures, seeding, sample logistics, and creator briefs.
  • Track attributed GMV per creator, conversion rate on creator-driven product visits, AOV by tier, and video-to-purchase latency.
  • Stand up and scale a live shopping cadence, hosting and co-hosting with creators.
  • Anchor live events to product launches, bundles, limited offers, and major promotional windows.
  • Own the live ops playbook: scheduling, run-of-show, offers, and post-live repurposing.
  • Align TikTokShop for on-going digital commerce programs and optimize reach across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with Amazon agency to support Amazon affiliate strategy and it is consistent with other digital channels.
  • Partner with community and influencer teams to optimize paid creators for reach and CVR.
