About The Position

Maya HTT is a leading developer of digital engineering solutions and a trusted Siemens Digital Industries Software partner. For more than 40 years, we have helped manufacturers innovate through simulation, PLM, digital manufacturing, Industrial AI, and engineering services. The VP, Global Marketing leads Maya HTT’s global marketing strategy and organization to drive profitable growth across four business lines: Siemens VAR Software, Engineering Services, Maya first-party software products, and OEM partnerships. The role balances corporate brand leadership with business-unit accountability, delivering measurable pipeline, revenue contribution, market awareness, and customer engagement while ensuring a consistent global brand.

Requirements

• 15+ years of B2B technology marketing leadership.
• Executive experience in enterprise software, engineering technology, industrial software, or manufacturing.
• Success leading demand generation, product marketing, brand, digital marketing, and marketing operations.
• Experience with partner-led go-to-market models (preferably Siemens).
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the global marketing strategy, annual plans, budgets, KPIs, and organizational roadmap.
• Lead global brand strategy, communications, digital marketing, website governance, content, PR, analyst relations, and marketing operations.
• Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team and manage agency and technology partners.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership to align marketing investments with business priorities.
