About The Position

Blend360 is hiring a senior commercial leader to build and scale its Databricks partnership across North America. The role owns the external relationship with Databricks and turns it into a disciplined account, co-sell, and market motion across Blend. It connects Databricks field teams with Blend account teams, helps clients turn business priorities into credible Databricks opportunities, and builds evidence for long-term partner progression. The successful candidate will be commercially accountable, technically credible, and effective in a matrix environment. Rather than acting as a general alliance manager, this leader will develop field confidence in a focused set of differentiated, client-backed Databricks offers and ensure the partnership creates measurable client outcomes, qualified pipeline, and referenceable work. During the first 120 days, the leader will confirm the partnership baseline and requirements for the next Databricks tier, map priority field relationships, establish a weekly operating cadence, launch five to eight joint account plans, and define co-sell qualification, CRM visibility, and pipeline review practices. Success will be measured by predictable joint account activity, qualified pipeline tied to named accounts and delivery capacity, referenceable customer outcomes, credible partner-progression evidence, and a consistent market narrative.

Requirements

  • Senior commercial, alliance, practice, or solutions leadership experience in a consulting, technology, or data and AI services organization.
  • Demonstrated success building strategic platform partnerships and converting partner relationships into qualified joint opportunities and client outcomes.
  • Experience leading complex account and executive stakeholder conversations, including workshops, value cases, and technology-enabled transformation discussions.
  • Working knowledge of the Databricks platform and data, analytics, governance, AI, and cloud concepts that shape client buying decisions.
  • Track record of effective collaboration with technical leaders, sellers, account teams, and delivery organizations in a matrix environment.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to distinguish promising partner activity from pursuits that merit sustained investment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own Blend’s Databricks commercial partnership, including executive relationships, field mapping, partner planning, and operating cadence with Databricks and Blend leaders.
  • Build and run joint account plans for priority Blend accounts, including named Databricks stakeholders, client sponsors, opportunity hypotheses, next steps, and success measures.
  • Establish co-sell qualification rules that prioritize opportunities with an active Databricks footprint, a business-led use case, credible Blend access, and a path to measurable customer value.
  • Work with account, sales, solution, and delivery leaders to shape pursuits, executive workshops, proposals, and account expansion plans.
  • Develop a focused go-to-market narrative around governed data and AI applications, modernization, and industry-specific use cases.
  • Partner with the Databricks Field CTO/Technical Leader to ensure field commitments reflect Blend delivery readiness, architecture standards, certified capacity, and reusable assets.
  • Create commercial evidence for partnership progression, including influenced or sourced pipeline, joint customer outcomes, references, partner-plan execution, and market-ready offers.
  • Maintain an accurate view of Databricks opportunity health, blockers, account coverage, and leadership decisions; escalate issues early and drive cross-functional resolution.
  • Represent Blend at relevant Databricks field events, executive meetings, and industry forums, using client value and delivery proof.
  • Confirm the current partnership baseline, program requirements, and evidence needed for the next tier with the Databricks Partner Account Manager.
  • Map priority Databricks field relationships and establish a weekly commercial operating cadence.
  • Launch five to eight joint account plans with clear owners, mutual next steps, and a defined value hypothesis.
