  • Develop customer and channel P&L views covering net sales, gross margin, markdowns, returns, allowances, freight, inventory, working capital, and cost to serve.
  • Partner with Wholesale leadership on account plans, door expansion, shop-in-shop opportunities, assortment and inventory decisions, promotional investments, and service-level tradeoffs.
  • Evaluate licensing, category expansion, travel retail, business-to-business opportunities, and other strategic partnerships; support deal structuring, scenario analysis, negotiation, approval, and performance measurement.
  • Build reporting using third-party channel data, including sell-through and inventory levels, to inform planning and decisions.

  • Build market-level business cases that account for demand, pricing, margin, duties and taxes, logistics, foreign exchange, local operating costs, working capital, capital requirements, and execution risk.
  • Create stage-gated investment plans and performance milestones to support disciplined testing, learning, and scaling.
  • Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain, Technology, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure international plans reflect full costs and operating requirements.
  • Lead the annual budget, periodic forecasts, long-range plan, and recurring business reviews for the CCO’s portfolio.
  • Develop driver-based models and consistent KPIs connecting operating activity to financial results across stores, accounts, markets, and partnerships.

  • Work with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, Treasury, and business teams to improve data quality, management reporting, forecast accuracy, and accountability.
  • Simplify and automate recurring analysis where possible.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial finance team, starting with three direct reports and expanding as business needs grow.
