About The Position

Prep Network is hiring a Prep Dig Showcase Director to organize and operate a youth volleyball showcase in Omaha. The director will execute the event, serve as the face of the event operations team, and uphold the company’s standard for first-class showcases. The director will use company-provided tools, training, and resources to create an elite experience for participants. The role involves preparing event details and checklists with the event operations team, coordinating supplies, print orders, and participant court assignments, and working with the venue and staff during the event. The director will manage check-in, the run of show, and event wrap-up; communicate with event staff and facility contacts; and troubleshoot on-site issues. The single-session event is scheduled for November 29, 2026, at Nebraska Elite Volleyball - Union Bank and Trust Sports Complex, with estimated on-site hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

Strong organization and ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities.
Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems on the fly.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience working with and managing groups of 10 or more people.
Must have a laptop or iPad and be proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and similar tools.

Nice To Haves

Experience running showcase events with 50 to 200 participants is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the event operations team to organize pre-event details and checklists.
Pick up event supplies, handle print orders, and organize participants onto courts.
Work with venues and staff to manage check-in, the run of show, and event wrap-up.
Communicate with event staff, including facility contacts.
Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site during the event.
Deliver a high-quality experience for event participants.
