About The Position

Prep Network is seeking a Prep Dig Showcase Director in Indianapolis to organize and operate a youth volleyball showcase. The director executes the event and serves as the face of the event operations team, upholding Prep Network’s standard for first-class showcases. The company provides tools, training, and resources to support an elite experience for participants.

The role involves preparing event details and materials with the event operations team, coordinating with the venue and staff, overseeing check-in and event operations, and addressing on-site issues. The single-session event is scheduled for December 13, 2026, at The Academy Volleyball Club, with estimated on-site hours from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pay is $575 for the event.

Requirements

• Strong organization skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems on the fly.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience working with and managing groups of 10 or more people.
• Must have a laptop or iPad and be proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and similar tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience running showcase events with 50 to 200 participants is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the event operations team on pre-event planning, details, and checklists.
• Pick up event supplies, arrange print orders, and organize participants onto courts.
• Work with venues and staff to manage check-in, the run of show, and event wrap-up.
• Communicate with event staff, including facility contacts.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site during the event.
