About The Position

Bud Clary Volkswagen is seeking Volkswagen-trained technicians or EV-trained technicians from other manufacturers to join its growing team at the Auburn Volkswagen location. The role supports the dealership’s goal of providing the best service experience in town. A relocation bonus of up to $5,000 is available for A-level technicians with High Voltage Certification. Pay is $30–$50 per hour at flat rate, based on Volkswagen certifications and experience. Driving is an essential function, and employees must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record under company insurance standards.

Requirements

• Volkswagen-trained technician or EV-trained technician from another manufacturer.
• A-level technician with High Voltage Certification to qualify for the stated relocation bonus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.

• Volkswagen certifications and experience, which affect the flat-rate pay range.

Responsibilities

• Perform technician duties for Volkswagen vehicles, including electric vehicles.
• Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
