About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a sales promoter at the Parker Costco location to represent Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements. The role involves demonstrating products—including Supergreens, Creatine D3/K2 Gummies, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Turmeric products—and engaging Costco members to encourage sales. Representatives receive training and a promotional kit. The position pays starting at $23 per hour, plus bonuses based on surpassing sales quotas, with bi-weekly pay by direct deposit. Employment is W-2. Demo hours are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all days; Saturday and Sunday are noted as the best commission days. Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.

Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
Represent the company competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Regularly check for messages about scheduling and other manager communications.
Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Transport a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store.
