About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a sales representative for the Superior Costco location to promote nutritional supplements from Qunol and Zena, including Supergreens, Creatine D3/K2 Gummies, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Turmeric products. Representatives are trained to demonstrate product features, benefits, and value and encourage sales to Costco members. The role is suitable for people seeking part-time work to supplement their income. Demo hours are available from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on all days; Saturday and Sunday are identified as the strongest commission days. Compensation starts at $23 per hour, with bonuses for surpassing sales quotas. This is W-2 employment, with a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to lift and carry a roughly 20-pound, 2-by-4-foot folding table, as well as products and demonstration supplies.
Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands supplied by vendors.
Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Regularly check for messages about scheduling and other communications from the manager.
Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Carry a folding demonstration table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the parking lot, store, and car at the beginning and end of each shift.
Work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
