About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring sales promoters for the Aurora Costco location to represent Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements, including Liquid Collagen, Super Greens, Creatine D3/K2 Gummies, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Turmeric products. Representatives are trained to promote product features, benefits, and value and encourage sales while interacting with Costco members. The role is described as part-time work suitable for supplementing income. Available demonstration hours are 10 a.m.–5 p.m., with all days available; Saturdays and Sundays are identified as the best commission days. Compensation starts at $23 per hour, with bonuses for surpassing sales quotas. Employment is W-2. Direct Demo provides a promotional kit and biweekly pay by direct deposit.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to lift and carry an approximately 20-pound, 2-by-4-foot folding table.
Ability to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from the car.
Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Present yourself and the company competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Check regularly for messages about scheduling and other communications from the manager.
Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Carry a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store at the beginning and end of each shift.
