About The Position

Direct Demo is hiring a sales promoter for the Thornton Costco location to represent Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements, including Supergreens, Creatine D3/K2 Gummies, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Turmeric products. The representative will demonstrate product features, benefits, and value and encourage sales while interacting with Costco members. Available demonstration hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all days; Saturday and Sunday are described as the best commission days. The role is presented as suitable for people seeking part-time supplemental income. Compensation starts at $23 per hour, with bonuses for exceeding sales quotas. This is W-2 employment. The company provides a promotional kit and biweekly direct-deposit pay.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and ability to approach and talk to customers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with direct sales.
Email skills and basic computer or mobile-device skills.
Ability to lift and carry an approximately 20-pound, 2-by-4-foot folding table and other products and demonstration materials.
Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision as the only team member at the location.

Responsibilities

Approach and interact with Costco members to promote brands provided by suppliers.
Demonstrate products and explain their features, benefits, and value to encourage sales.
Represent the company competently and professionally at Costco.
Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
Regularly check messages about scheduling and other communications from the manager.
Be available for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
Transport a folding table, products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials between the car and store at the beginning and end of each shift.
