About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Visual Supervisor for its Levi's® store at Tanger Outlets in Lincoln City, Oregon. The Supervisor is an integral member of the store management team, helping implement strategies and maintain operational excellence to support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role calls for someone who values originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and who supports a positive store culture and memorable experiences for employees and customers. The Visual Supervisor supports the leadership team by executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires ongoing movement around the store and the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
- Able to support, assist, and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
- Comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives of store management.
- Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
- Guide, support, and coach store associates through mentorship and leadership.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
- Follow store management directives and comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
- Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
