About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Supervisor for its Levi’s store at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. The Supervisor is an integral member of the store management team, supporting successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to strengthen brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

The role calls for someone who values originality and integrity, is empathetic toward customers and coworkers, demonstrates courage by making decisions and leading by example, and supports team performance. The Supervisor helps the leadership team grow sales, coach team members, manage daily operations, and maintain exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment. The position involves frequent movement and physical tasks, including lifting items up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Able to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
• Able to comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide, support, mentor, and coach store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Lead by example and contribute positively to the store culture and customer and employee experience.
