About The Position

The Support Associate works both in the back of house and on the sales floor, managing inventory processes that support a smooth customer experience. The role involves receiving and storing merchandise, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring items are available where needed. The associate also maintains brand standards and contributes to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Properly receive, store, and ticket merchandise to support replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and execute price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment consistent with brand standards.
• Assist store leaders in executing visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
• Keep the team informed about inventory needs.
