About The Position

WHBM is built on the fashion contrast of white and black and inspires independent women through modern, timeless styles. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment rooted in hospitality. Working as part of a team, the associate builds genuine customer connections, shares product knowledge, and provides personalized service. The role also supports store performance, merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and brand standards. This is a regular, part-time position at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Georgia.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset, with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Virginia; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
