This is a 1099 independent contractor position for a Visual Merchandiser with Brooks Running. The role involves merchandising and replenishing displays according to planograms, educating store teams on product features and benefits, and submitting store visit reports using ThirdChannel technology. The ideal candidate will have apparel visual merchandising experience, a passion for an active lifestyle and the Brooks brand, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements

An authenticity for living an active lifestyle
A passion for the Brooks apparel brand and quality of their products
Previous apparel merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a keen eye for details
Communication, active listening and empathy are key - Brooks Visual Merchandisers must be articulate and friendly
Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously (these are 100% independent positions)
A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)

Responsibilities

Merchandise and replenish displays according to planograms
Educate and engage store teams on the features and benefits of Brooks products, while building meaningful relationships
Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device
Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in your market
