About The Position

The Visual Design Co-op works closely with visual designers to develop creative design solutions with high visual impact for key management and product development teams. The position applies visual design principles—including typography, iconography, color, space, and texture—to product branding, logotypes, layouts, posters, presentations, infographics, and photo manipulation projects. It may also collaborate with and support Interaction Design, Production Design, and other cross-functional design teams, updating and assisting visual design aspects connected to Crown Design project activities.

The co-op provides graphic support for production-phase requirements, which may include designing and preparing on-truck graphics and labeling, mockup decals, print and package design, and general assistance.

Requirements

• Completed the first year of a two- or four-year college program focused on Graphic/Visual Communications.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
• Must attach an online portfolio link or a PDF portfolio in the application's “Additional Information” section.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided, and applicants who need current or future work authorization sponsorship are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with visual designers to develop creative design solutions for management and product development teams.
