Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is seeking a Visiting Instructor of Social Work for its Phyllis and Harvey Sandler School of Social Work. This is a 12-month, non-tenure-track faculty appointment focused on teaching excellence, student engagement, and professional service. The role will primarily support instructional needs across the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Social Work (MSW), and Doctor of Social Work (DSW) programs. Responsibilities include teaching on the Boca Raton and Davie campuses, as well as in online environments. The position requires contributing to a collaborative academic community, curriculum delivery, student mentoring, and service activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality instruction across diverse learning modalities and populations, supporting the School's mission and strategic priorities. This visiting position runs from August 8, 2026, to August 9, 2027.
