About The Position

Visiting Fellow in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition in the Department of Internal Medicine; embarks on a program of research involving cyclic vomiting and related disorders; researches new methods; analyzes data; prepares research results for professional publications; prepares manuscripts; assists with the design of new grant applications, collection of preliminary data and organization and writing of grants.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology or microbiology required
  • Requires successful completion of a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in molecular biology or immunology preferred
  • Ability to translate, adapt and apply academic or practical knowledge in the conduct of biological/health science research preferred
  • Prior research experience in autoimmune diseases desired
