About The Position

Grand Valley State University Seidman College of Business invites applications for two one-year, renewable (maximum of three years) non-tenure-track positions in Accounting, beginning Fall 2026. The Department expects faculty members to provide effective teaching (both at the graduate and undergraduate levels), conduct research, and provide service to the university and community at a level commensurate with their rank. The successful candidate would be expected to teach 12 credit hours per semester.

Requirements

Master’s in business administration or equivalent degree
Demonstrate the ability to teach effectively
Ensuring their eligibility to work in the United States (i.e., a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without the need of an employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment
Physical stamina to work long hours and/or more than 5 days per week
