The Business Administration Division of the Seaver College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate with an earned Ph.D. in organizational behavior, management, or a closely related field for a visiting position which begins August 1, 2027. The primary teaching responsibility will be in organizational behavior; however, the ability to teach other courses such as management theory and practice and strategic management would be highly desirable. Candidates are expected to complete all requirements for the Ph.D. before the date of appointment. A strong candidate who is ABD would be considered. A documented research interest in organizational behavior or a management-related field is required, and teaching experience is preferred. The business program at Seaver College is accredited by AACSB and we have approximately 1,000 undergraduate students in the Business Administration Division. The division is student-centric; our classes are small (rarely more than 35 students) and our faculty is collegial and collaborative. The division offers Bachelor of Science degree programs in accounting, business administration, finance, and international business and several minors. All degree programs are offered on a full-time, residential basis at the main campus in Malibu, California. Seaver College has an enrollment of approximately 3,500 students.
