About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and service-driven Virtual Vacation Planner to work with clients to plan and coordinate travel experiences from start to finish. The role includes researching destinations, booking accommodations and activities, and providing ongoing support to help ensure smooth and memorable trips. The position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling. The planner works independently while collaborating with team members and suppliers to provide service-oriented travel planning.

Requirements

Proficiency with online booking platforms and digital tools.
Self-motivation, dependability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Must be 18 years or older.
Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.

Responsibilities
