About The Position

Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for hypertension and related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, obstructive sleep apnea, and other diseases driven by dysregulated aldosterone. Its initial product candidate is lorundrostat, a proprietary, orally administered, highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor. Mineralys is headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania, and is a fully remote company. Reporting to the Director, Virtual Engagement, the Virtual Territory Manager will support Mineralys' first commercial launch by promoting lorundrostat to cardiologists, nephrologists, and primary care providers through phone, video, and approved digital channels. The position covers open field territories following turnover until a Territory Manager is hired, engages priority HCPs in remote and low-access areas, and virtually supports Territory Managers on shared accounts. The role works closely with the Director, Virtual Engagement, and the field team to provide customers with a consistent Mineralys experience.

  • Communicate clinical data clearly and answer questions about efficacy, safety, and appropriate patients.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and engagement goals across all three focus areas.
  • Align virtual outreach with Marketing omnichannel programs so HCPs receive a consistent message.
  • Use only approved materials and channels and follow Compliance, Legal, and Medical guidelines.
