About The Position

Fullmind is seeking an elementary Deaf and Hard of Hearing virtual service provider to deliver instruction to students through its school and district partnerships. Educators teach the school’s curriculum using the district’s virtual platform, develop aligned lesson plans, and support students’ learning and course completion in a creative, relationship-focused virtual environment.

The educator joins Fullmind’s pool and uses its portal to select available openings that match their certification. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role following the school district’s calendar, with placements and immediate start dates dependent on availability and completion of the application process. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM EST. The assignment is expected to start ASAP and continue through the end of the school year. The daily rate is $300 and is negotiable and subject to change. The teacher must hold Georgia certification or be willing to seek reciprocity in Georgia.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must currently hold an active, U.S. state-issued teaching certification in the relevant area; must be Georgia certified or willing to seek reciprocity in Georgia.
• At least 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit to a background check as part of the application process.
