About The Position

The Project Coach for Insurance Service is responsible for supervising and developing a team of insurance service consultants. This role focuses on driving performance, building a motivated team, and fostering individual skill development. To be considered for this virtual role, you must be located in one of the following eligible states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and previous supervisory experience in a call center environment.
Strong customer service background with the ability to drive results for your team.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help people be successful.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and determine which work requires immediate attention.
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to Afni’s success

Responsibilities

Maximize team potential by coaching and developing employees to achieve performance goals.
Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance sales specialists serving existing and prospective customers.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning to improve individual and team results.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
Use performance metrics and business goals to drive team results.
Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and solve business challenges.
Resolve employee and customer issues while balancing empathy, accountability, and business needs.
Communicate expectations clearly and build effective working relationships across the organization.
Manage time off, payroll adjustments, schedule adherence, and performance metrics.
Effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
