About The Position

One Medical is hiring a full-time Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner for its Virtual Medical Team. The team provides convenient, evidence-based virtual clinical care to One Medical patients in coordination with their primary care providers, using advanced technology and a team-based approach. Care is delivered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The role involves treating patients through telehealth, including telephone triage, video visits, and email follow-ups. Providers participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles, collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates, and use their clinical training to provide high-quality virtual care. This is a full-time virtual role requiring weekday and weekend availability, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday. Current shifts range from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., noon to 11 p.m., and 1 p.m. to midnight Eastern Time. The schedule may change based on business direction. The base hourly pay range is $59.10 to $65.50, plus evening and weekend differential, based on a full-time schedule. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and national certification.
Within the past five years, at least two years of Advanced Practitioner practice in either an outpatient primary care setting treating patients of all ages (0+) or an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).
Current licensure in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, or Massachusetts, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
For New Jersey licensure, Advanced Practice Nurse status with Full Practice Authority and more than 5,000 hours in primary care.
For Illinois licensure, independent practice authority in Illinois (APRN-FPA).
Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday is required.
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
Ability to use technology effectively to deliver high-quality care.
Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
Openness to feedback and reflection, adaptability, and a desire to contribute to a team focused on changing healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
