About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Client Support Advisor to help clients explore insurance coverage options that may support their families during unexpected events. The role connects with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads, conducts virtual consultations, and explains life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. It offers remote work with training, coaching, mentorship, and opportunities to develop communication and client-service skills. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building ability.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
- Comfortable using online systems and virtual communication tools.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
