About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring remote Benefits Specialists to help individuals and families understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. The role includes structured training, ongoing support, mentorship, and licensing guidance. It is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
