About The Position

As a Remote Customer Benefits Representative, you'll work virtually with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You'll provide personalized guidance, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and build long-term client relationships—all from home. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Be physically located within the United States
Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone capability
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have access to a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, financial services, call centers, client relations, or sales can be helpful—but is not required.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients through phone, Zoom, and virtual appointments
Schedule appointments with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
Identify client needs and explain appropriate coverage options
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
Provide personalized recommendations based on individual and family needs
Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation
Answer questions and provide professional follow-up support
Maintain accurate digital client records and appointment information
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
Participate in ongoing coaching, professional development, and leadership training
