Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Coachability and a desire for continuous learning
- Be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

- Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations through Zoom
- Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Complete accurate documentation following each client interaction
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
