About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a remote client benefits professional to help individuals and families review insurance protection options. The role involves connecting with prospective clients through warm leads, conducting virtual appointments, completing needs assessments, and explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products and benefits. The company provides training, support, tools, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with commission-based, performance-driven compensation rather than hourly or salaried pay. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and customer-service abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable using computers and virtual systems.
- Ability to learn and apply coaching.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
