About The Position
CO2Lift by Lumisque is seeking a Virtual Chat Representative to support its corporate headquarters in Weston, Florida. This flexible remote position requires candidates to be within operational reach of the company's Florida footprint. The representative serves as a primary digital contact for retail customers, medical providers, and wholesale accounts through real-time live chat and email, ensuring interactions reflect the brand's standards. The role supports customer experience across product inquiries, e-commerce orders, returns, account issues, and wholesale coordination.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce chat support, retail, or office support.
- Exceptional written communication skills, a polished and professional tone, and high attention to detail.
- A dedicated home office environment and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work standard business hours.
Nice To Haves
- Basic familiarity with live chat software, e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, or CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume live chat and email support queues, responding promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer and wholesale inquiries.
- Process e-commerce orders, manage returns, and resolve account discrepancies within the system.
- Provide accurate product information and guidance on the application and benefits of the CO2Lift product line.
- Assist sales and logistics teams with B2B wholesale account updates and shipment tracking.
- Resolve issues through digital communication channels to maintain high customer satisfaction.
