About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in New Hampshire to provide therapy services through our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you will provide care across a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing therapy, and connecting patients with valuable community resources. The position is fully remote, requiring 40 hours per week during EST business hours. Iris Telehealth is a Joint Commission Accredited organization focused on increasing access to high-quality mental health care and supports its clinicians with comprehensive resources, including licensing, IT, and administrative support.

Requirements

Active New Hampshire LICSW license required
Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following independent LICSW licensure
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Nice To Haves

Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor treatment plans

Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills
