Our Virtual Banker delivers a high-touch member experience through digital channels, focusing on member acquisition, relationship building, and personalized financial solutions. Through video and other virtual platforms, this role serves both current and prospective members by providing tailored recommendations that meet their financial needs. The Virtual Banker also owns the onboarding experience for members who open accounts online or obtain auto loans through our indirect lending channel, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition to our credit union. In addition to building new relationships, this position proactively manages existing accounts by identifying opportunities to introduce retail and business products and services that enhance the member experience. As the face of our virtual team, the Virtual Banker maintains a professional, engaging, and welcoming on-camera presence while representing our organization with consistency across all digital interactions.
