Responsible for expanding and supporting client relationships via telephone and electronic communication methods. Offers appropriate bank products and services and provides quality client service. This role involves assisting clients with daily maintenance functions such as electronic Banking, BillPay, Mobile Banking, Money Movement, Payment requests, and Debit Card related issues. The position requires researching and answering client inquiries, resolving problems, and recommending appropriate bank products and services by identifying client needs. A strong working knowledge of all relevant Bank products and services is essential, along with adherence to high ethical standards and compliance with all policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable laws. Other duties may be assigned.
