About The Position

The VIP Transportation Concierge provides exceptional, personalized transportation and guest service for Caesars Entertainment’s high-value and luxury guests. The role safely transports VIP guests, hotel guests, executives, and team members to and from designated locations, assists with luggage, and provides general information about the property. The position supports operational excellence, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and loyalty across Caesars properties while representing the Caesars/Scioto Downs brand and building meaningful relationships with VIP guests. The role also supports special events, group transportation, and airport transfers. It includes coordinating schedules with Security, maintaining assigned vehicles, and completing transportation logs and reports accurately and promptly.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain an Airport I.D. Badge.
Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official questions, and make legible entries on reports and records.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for VIP guests, executives, and team members.
Deliver exceptional family-style service throughout the transportation experience.
Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate with the Security department as needed for dispatching.
Inspect vehicles before and after use and maintain their cleanliness and organization.
Complete logs, trip records, mileage reports, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
Report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when providing transportation services.
Provide timely and accurate departmental documentation and reports, including information about vehicle damage, statements, and conditions requiring attention or repair.
Obey traffic laws on and off property and immediately report traffic citations to the Security Shift Manager.
Support special events, group transportation, airport transfers, and other transportation-related assignments as needed.
Build relationships with guests and serve as a trusted property ambassador by providing professional transportation and exceeding guest expectations.
Recommend vehicle servicing as necessary.
Maintain the assigned vehicle, including washing, vacuuming, and stocking it, to keep it in top condition.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
