About The Position

The VIP Transportation Concierge delivers exceptional, personalized service to Caesars Entertainment’s high-value luxury guests while supporting operational excellence, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and loyalty across Caesars properties. The role provides transportation for VIP guests, hotel guests, executives, and team members to designated locations, assists with luggage, and shares general information about the property. It also supports the property’s brand by building relationships with VIP guests and consistently exceeding their expectations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain an Airport ID Badge.
• Must communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing, to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official questions, and make legible entries on reports and records.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for VIP guests, executives, and team members.
• Deliver exceptional, family-style service throughout the transportation experience.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate with the Security department as needed for dispatching.
• Inspect vehicles before and after use and maintain their cleanliness and organization.
• Complete logs, trip records, mileage reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time.
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when transporting guests.
• Provide accurate and timely departmental reports, including documentation of vehicle damage, statements, and conditions requiring attention or repair.
• Obey traffic laws on and off property and immediately report traffic citations to the Security Shift Manager.
• Support special events, group transportation, airport transfers, and other transportation assignments as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with VIP guests and serve as a trusted ambassador of the property.
• Recommend vehicle servicing as necessary.
• Maintain assigned vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and stocking them.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
