About The Position

The VIP Representative completes arrival and departure transactions for VIP guests checking into and out of the hotel. The role assists VIPs with booking dinner, shows, entertainment, and other requests, and serves as a resource for questions about the city and property. VIP Representatives are empowered to help resolve guest concerns, coordinate requests on guests’ behalf, and anticipate guest needs and expectations. The position is based at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, which features 2,500 guest rooms and suites, more than 100,000 square feet of gaming, lounges, and restaurants.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to perform reaching, stooping, and/or crouching motions repeatedly.
• Ability to communicate verbally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in a second language.
