About The Position

The VIP Representative completes arrival and departure transactions for VIP guests checking in and out of the hotel. The role assists VIPs with booking dining, shows, entertainment, and other requests; answers questions about the city and property; and helps resolve guest concerns. The representative serves as a liaison to expedite guest requests, stays informed about current hotel events, anticipates guest needs and expectations, and maintains a positive, professional, and courteous attitude toward all guests.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform reaching, stooping, and/or crouching motions repeatedly.
• Must be able to communicate verbally.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in a second language is beneficial.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability.
