About The Position

As a VIP Lounge Representative at Bellagio, you provide VIP guests with a warm welcome and attentive hospitality. You facilitate hotel registration and checkout, handle concierge requests, and help create memorable guest experiences by understanding and taking ownership of each guest’s needs and journey. The role also includes coordinating with casino hosts on guest bills and processing payments and transactions according to property cash-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One year of prior relevant Front Desk or Concierge experience preferred.
• One year of prior relevant Guest Services experience in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP customers, answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify that special requests and amenities were delivered.
• Ensure VIP check-in and checkout are efficient and flawless, while fostering an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for additional food, beverages, or show tickets.
• Ensure correct charges and credits are posted; collect payments; handle cash and credit transactions; and balance cash and cash-equivalent transactions according to property procedures.
