About The Position

The Marketing Representative VIP is responsible for booking eligible tours by phone and in person and selling mini-vacation packages to other HGV resorts to generate potential revenue. The role responds promptly to guest requests and represents HGV professionally at participating hotel properties. Compensation includes a base rate, commissions for each qualified tour booked, and a monthly volume-based bonus. Requirements

At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, sales-related marketing, concierge work, or optional tour and activity sales.
Intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to learn.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of previous experience in the timeshare industry.
Thorough understanding of the area and ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

Responsibilities

Assist with tour- and marketing-related issues.
Confirm guest appointments to support tour reservations and improve show rates.
Deliver marketing initiatives.
Build and develop a motivated team environment in the field.
Meet or exceed performance metrics.
Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility requirements for gifts, or promote a courtesy tour.
Champion Hilton quality customer care across all marketing channels.
