About The Position

FLIK, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a people-focused Floor Manager to assist in leading food service operations at the Capital One Lounge at Las Vegas International Airport. The role supports overall lounge management, team leadership, and adherence to corporate and brand standards at a premium hospitality destination. The position is based on a 40-hour work schedule and pays $26.00 to $27.00 per hour. Open availability is required; the lounge operates every day of the year from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

Open availability, including opening, closing, and weekends.
1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
1 to 3 years of team leadership experience.
Knowledge and experience working with state liquor laws.
Comprehensive knowledge of food.
Financial experience and business acumen skills.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, or related food service operations.
ServSafe Certification.
Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with maximum value.
Help ensure food, service, and hospitality are of superior quality for the client, customers, and associates of the Capital One Lounge.
Assist with hiring, training, and developing Capital One Lounge team members.
Support all functions of the Capital One Lounge.
Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other departments within the operation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
