About The Position

Are you ready to jumpstart your career with a summer internship at Tyson Foods? We are seeking a driven and creative Videography Summer Intern to support training and continuous improvement efforts at our meat processing facility in Claryville, Kentucky. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, where you will capture and edit instructional video content used to support frontline team member training. As an intern at Tyson Foods, you will gain real-world experience, develop critical technical and professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive operational excellence. Requirements

• Incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one semester remaining.
• Previous work experience preferred.
• Experience with videography, video editing, digital media, or training content creation strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly.
• Professional, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross‑functional partners.
• Demonstrated reliability, responsiveness to feedback, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new technologies or discipline‑relevant systems quickly.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work @ least 30 hours per week in summer.
• Resume must include expected graduation date and major/area of study.
• Students must be within a commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less.
• Must demonstrate the maturity, professionalism, and foundational skills needed to contribute meaningfully in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and support cross-functional leaders to execute real world work, in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Work directly on the production floor to record key operational tasks and best practices using Tyson-provided camera equipment.
• Create training and instructional content within the Poka platform.
• Edit and upload video content to meet system specifications.
