About The Position

Are you ready to jumpstart your career with a summer internship at Tyson Foods? We are seeking a driven and creative Videography Summer Intern to support training and continuous improvement efforts at our meat processing facility in Claryville, Kentucky. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, where you will capture and edit instructional video content used to support frontline team member training. As an intern at Tyson Foods, you will gain real-world experience, develop critical technical and professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that drive operational excellence. The Videography Intern will work directly on the production floor to record key operational tasks and best practices using Tyson-provided camera equipment. Video footage will be used to create training and instructional content within the Poka platform. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in a production setting, and the ability to edit and upload video content to meet system specifications.

Requirements

• Incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one semester remaining.
• Previous work experience preferred; Experience with videography, video editing, digital media, or training content creation strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly.
• Professional, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross‑functional partners.
• Demonstrated reliability, responsiveness to feedback, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new technologies or discipline‑relevant systems quickly.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work @ least 30 hours per week in summer.
• Resume must include expected graduation date and major/area of study.
• Students must be within a commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less.
• Must demonstrate the maturity, professionalism, and foundational skills needed to contribute meaningfully in a corporate environment.
