Videographer/ Camera Operator - Denver
About The Position
DanceBUG is seeking videographers for our dance competition season, running from February to June. This role involves traveling across the U.S. to film live events. While prior dance experience is not required, candidates should have experience with cameras or live production, be comfortable with technology, and adapt to fast-paced environments. DanceBUG will provide all necessary equipment and comprehensive paid training, including virtual instruction and hands-on experience at live events. This position focuses solely on camera operation and livestreaming, with no editing or post-production responsibilities.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Reside within about an hour of a major airport
- Available for weekend travel
- Comfortable with long days
- Comfortable with occasional 5–6-hour drives
- Able to lift about 50 pounds
- Able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cameras or live production (sports, weddings, concerts, theatre, broadcasting, livestreaming, OBS or multi-camera work)
- Comfortable with technology
- Comfortable with fast-paced events
