About The Position

State Street is seeking an experienced transformation leader to provide day-to-day execution leadership for its Onboarding Transformation. The role translates enterprise strategy and the target operating model into an integrated roadmap, then coordinates delivery across business operations, technology, data, risk, controls and organizational change. It is an enterprise transformation leadership position—not a traditional reporting-focused PMO role—and combines senior-level planning and stakeholder influence with hands-on execution. The transformation aims to connect onboarding, ongoing client and account changes, and offboarding into an enterprise capability with clear organization, governance, funding and delivery. The Vice President will work closely with the accountable executive sponsor and senior workstream leaders to move the initiative from target-state design into implementation. The role will establish ownership, decision rights, governance and delivery rhythms; manage milestones, dependencies, risks and commitments; and maintain focus on adoption and measurable business outcomes. The position also coordinates operating-model and process design across organizational boundaries, connects work across Operations, Client Service, Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance and Finance, and supports integrated workflow, authoritative data, automation and AI-enabled opportunities. Success measures include improvements to onboarding cycle time, handoffs, manual activity, data quality, control effectiveness, client experience and operational efficiency. The required salary range is $110,000–$188,750 annually. Employees may participate in State Street’s benefits program, including retirement savings with company match, insurance coverage, paid time off, an Employee Assistance Program, incentive compensation eligibility and certain tax-advantaged savings plans. State Street also describes inclusive development opportunities, flexible work-life support, paid volunteer days and employee networks.
