As a Product Manager in Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platform, Enablement Services Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you act as the voice of the customer and develop profitable products and features that delight customers and provide customer value. Leveraging your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide successful launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. You challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that inspires cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will help define and execute the product roadmap for technical capabilities (including API-driven products) that sit within the Chase ecosystem. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, data & analytics, experience, and automation teams to translate platform and customer needs into a sequenced roadmap. You will balance innovation with risk posture, reliability, and measurable business outcomes while driving alignment across multiple product teams.
