About The Position

Reporting to the SVP Marketing, the VP of Marketing will direct and oversee the marketing department of several brands by designing, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (4) years of working experience as a Marketing Director/ VP
  • Degree in Marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to drive results.
  • Drive brand consistency and ensure that all marketing efforts reflect the company's values and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and public relations.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Stay informed about changes in the competitive landscape and recommend strategic adjustments to marketing plans as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
