About the position

The job overview for the Vice President of Marketing role at Pacvue is to lead the enterprise group marketing efforts and drive growth and revenue for the company. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, analyze market trends, and drive demand generation through various channels. They will also be responsible for leading content and communication to achieve business goals. The successful candidate should be strategic, detail-oriented, data-driven, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive GTM Strategies for the Enterprise Business
  • Lead value prop development for platforms and products with messaging frameworks and execution plans
  • Participate in planning and reporting marketing initiatives' performance, focusing on ROI & revenue growth
  • Optimize deployment of marketing OpEx and resources for growth opportunities
  • Deliver content across all customer touchpoints to build brand value, virality, and advocacy
  • Provide outstanding team leadership and management, setting goals and driving a delivery and performance culture
  • Exemplify thought leadership as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Be an outstanding communicator, prioritizing company and team goals above personal goals
  • Build a high-performing demand generation team to meet/exceed revenue goals
  • Own and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Drive strong growth in B2B lead generation through various tactics and channels
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align demand generation goals and support growth
  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and continually optimize efforts
  • Gather customer insights using a data-centric approach and use data to improve marketing campaigns and results
  • Deliver outstanding team leadership and management, setting goals and driving a delivery and performance culture
  • Set goals, drive a delivery and performance culture, and be committed to the development and growth of team members
  • Be an outstanding communicator who elevates others while prioritizing company and team goals above personal goals.
